Sandbox provisioning issues

We have identified that the issue is caused by intermittent IAM permission errors on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Our team is in contact with GCP support to address the problem and re-enable the "Host Images" feature as soon as the issue is resolved.

Docker Hub Disruption Impacting Sandbox Provisioning

Docker Hub has recovered from the earlier disruption caused by the widespread AWS outage. Sandboxes containing a container host that pulls images from Docker Hub are now provisioning successfully. We will continue to monitor the situation, but no further impact is expected.

HubSpot and Salesforce Integrations Disruption

Our third-party vendor Paragon has fully recovered from the earlier service disruption. The Integrations page and event submissions to Salesforce and HubSpot are now functioning as expected.
We will continue to monitor to ensure stability.

AWS Cloud Account Provisioning Failure

AWS has recovered from the widespread outage. Tracks including AWS Cloud accounts are now provisioning successfully. We will continue monitoring to ensure stability, but no further impact is expected.
